your use as requested. The necessary copies have been

lodged at the Privy Council Office and the Reference set

down for hearing.

I have asked the Attorney General's Clerk to

arrange a date convenient to the Attorney General and

Sir William Jowitt with a view to the Privy Council fixing

a date for the hearing. I will let you know as soon as

a definite date has been arranged.
